The Klein Swartberg Conservancy, founded in 2000 by Michael Swart of Swartrivier Farm, aims to restore the Klein Swartberg Mountain’s fynbos biodiversity to its former glory. This initiative brings together 18 private landowners to combat invasive species and preserve the ecological balance of this vital part of the Cape Floristic Kingdom.
